ICLP Client Carlson Rezidor shortlisted for the Loyalty Magazine Awards 2016

ICLP are pleased to announce our work with The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group loyalty programme, Club Carlson, has once again been shortlisted for awards, this time for Best use of CRM, and Best Use of Communications at the Loyalty Magazine Awards 2016.

Nominated for the Best Use of CRM award, Club Carlson’s 2014 ‘Thank You’ campaign saw record click through rates, and a gift redemption rate of 34%. Set up to thank members for their programme loyalty, the ‘Thank You’ campaign used personalised gifts that were specific to each recipient and distributed using a surprise and delight mechanism.

Up for the Best Use of Communications is Club Carlson’s ‘Dream Deals’ campaign. The campaign offered exclusive access to discontented trips to members of the loyalty programme 5 days in advance of a public launch. This VIP treatment for programme members was such a success it returned a staggering ROI of more than 7,500%.
