Now in its 25th year, the Freddie Awards give a voice to the frequent flyer and honour the efforts of the travel loyalty industry, which holds more than 300 million members worldwide. The awards pay tribute and recognise some of the most respected travel loyalty programmes throughout the world.
This year a record 2.9 million frequent travellers from around the globe voted across three geographical regions: The Americas, Europe/Africa and Middle East/Asia/Oceania.
The awards were announced at the ceremony held at USA Today headquarters in Virginia, USA, with ICLP clients winning in the following categories:
