Three out of four clients over the age of 53 say they would buy more if retailers better understood their needs

First came the widespread embrace of Black Friday, now Brazilians are imitating America's retailers in a less profitable way by failing to capitalize on one of their wealthiest audiences, those aged 53 or over.
