We have delivered a wide range of predictive modelling projects for a variety of clients across multiple sectors.

For a major luxury hotel brand, we built and operated a predictive model to identify – with a high degree of accuracy – new members who are likely to be the most valuable. It enabled the client to optimise their marketing strategy in a dramatic new way, by using monthly marketing activity based on their predictive segment. Now in operation for several years, the predictive model demonstrates consistent returns of more than 100%.

For a chain of UK gym and fitness centres, we built a predictive model to identify members who were likely to cancel their membership, and the behaviours most likely to re-engage them. The resulting change in relationship strategy resulted in a significant decrease in the number of lapsed members.
