We like to think of ourselves as a close, professional family who inspire each other and our clients. Our common philosophy is a genuine focus on the customer. We seek to uncover new truths to identify new and creative ways to drive greater customer engagement, interaction and advocacy.
This is nowhere more evident than in our senior management team.
Mignon is the leader of ICLP's growth and expansion internationally. She is also a board member of ICLP's parent company, The Collinson Group. Mignon plays a key role in establishing the Group's suite of ancillary revenue products for the travel and financial services sectors.
General Manager, UK
Stuart joined ICLP following a client-side career designing and marketing loyalty propositions for British Airways, Hertz Europe and the Automobile Association. He leads the teams in London, with twin aims of client satisfaction and people development. Amongst his many achievements, he has designed a highly successful programme for passionate football fans from Manchester. Leading the UK team means helping them to be the best they can, whether in the office or jumping in murky cold lakes when taking part in team-triathlons.
General Manager, China
Kevin has over 15 years' experience developing loyalty marketing programmes and CRM initiatives for Cathay Pacific, Wyndham Rewards, and HP. A leading loyalty authority in Asia, Kevin has played a significant role in the development of ICLP in Greater China; firstly in Hong Kong and more recently, as General Manager of ICLP's 2 offices in China. Kevin practices what he preaches, since he's a miles and points collector and is currently earning his way to his next family holiday.
General Manager, Australia
Nicki has over 20 years of senior loyalty, marketing, business development and partnership marketing experience, on client and agency side. She's managed and launched numerous loyalty and partnership marketing programs for The Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Visa, MasterCard and Virgin Australia. She helps her team create innovative and engaging programmes. She is a points junkie who loves earning frequent flyer points while buying food and wine!
General Manager, Continental Europe
Responsible for the development of ICLP across Continental Europe, Judith joined ICLP in Zurich in 2004. She has been responsible for the marketing and development of frequent flyer programmes and introduced eCRM and mobile programme communication for the first time within the airline industry in Europe. She has significant commercial experience in planes, trains and automobiles and consequently is very passionate about travelling, exploring different cultures and loves nothing more than getting lost in a good book.
Country Manager, Singapore
Bruno has over 16 years of effective results-oriented digital & direct marketing, CRM and advertising experience. He has handled some of the world's largest brands including: Microsoft, Motorola, UPS and LVMH group.and designed one of the first digital and social media driven campaigns for the launch of Motorola's first 3G phone in Singapore in 2004.
Bruno's passion for loyalty is evident on meeting him and he is often evangelical about the importance of brands needing relevant, timely and engaging conversations with their customers to create more emotional engagement to support their journey to advocacy.
General Manager, Middle East
Dion is based in Dubai and is responsible for ICLP's Middle East operations. He has built his expertise in loyalty and direct marketing over 20 years, working with blue chip organisations including airline, hotel, retail, automotive, telecommunications and financial services. He also has extensive international experience in South Africa, Greece, France, UK, the UAE, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. As a self-confessed workaholic, he seldom takes a holiday but, when he does, Dion clocks up the miles in pursuit of the other passion in his life - rugby.
Regional Director, Asia Pacific
Stephen manages ICLP's business in the Asia Pacific region. He lives for customer loyalty and is one of Asia's established leaders in this space. He has launched award-winning customer initiatives for a diverse range of clients including airlines, hotels retailers and technology companies. He continues to make it his mission to bring a more customer-centric and data-driven approach to customer relationship management in the fast growing consumer markets of Asia.
